SureStay Plus by Best Western San Jose Central City

So if you can't afford the Holiday inn sure stay plus is just as great! The rooms are clean the beds are neat and comfortable, restroom is very clean. I found this place quite by accident and I won't stay anywhere else but here. I don't always have a lot of money in my pocket but I can always afford sure stay. Plus they have a little breakfast that they do complimentary. And if I do say so myself everything on the breakfast menu is what's in your kitchen pantry. A very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place.

Good budget hotel. I've had much better motel breakfasts during the pandemic. Housekeeping did not make up my room. Staff was helpful, but didn't really let me know what to expect. Hotel is in the shadow of a Holiday Inn Express construction zone next door, which means you don't see the SureStay until you miss their driveway. Also, you are parking adjacent to dubious construction fencing. Once all of these temporary problems are done, this place will be fine.

The staff at check-in were super nice and respectful. Rooms were clean along with the bed being pretty dang comfortable. A bit noisy from outside just because Construction was undergoing, but its not like its their fault, or permanent. The hot tub and pool are closed due to COVID as well, but again, its not permanent, nor their fault.

This hotel is a solid five stars. The quiet atmosphere was exactly what we needed for a genuinely peaceful stay. Our room was absolutely spotless every single day, we stayed here for a week, thanks to the dedicated housekeeping staff. Simply fantastic, a great start to the morning. I must also give a special mention to the professional and welcoming front desk assistant Harry & Kris; their attention to detail made our check-in process effortless. This property truly excels in providing a superior guest experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights recently and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The only problems were with a noisy a/c (which we turned off) and the extremely poor parking system. The rooms were well equipped, and the large bed very comfortable. Staff gave the impression that they were happy in their jobs, and the receptionist was always smiling, polite, and informative. Breakfast was very good, except for all the plastic waste produced with small butter, jam, and plastic cutlery. We can certainly recommend this motel though!

The motel was full. The parking lot was full but I still managed to find a parking spot and I came in late 3 days.

I was here with a large group for an event at the fairgrounds. After a problem with our original reservation, management went out of their way to ensure that everyone in my group had comfortable & appropriate accommodations. Every single employee I encountered was smiling, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was free and tasty. Rooms were a little bit older, but clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Husband took me for a birthday overnight getaway and I had no complaints. The room was large and everything was clean and updated. The spa tub was big enough for 2 people, clean and jets all worked. Better than average breakfast as well. I'd stay there again or recommend to anyone.
